The care was excellent. It just a few minutes to fill out my information and be taken to the doctors room. The front office service is very friendly as well as the nurse/aide. Thank you.
Everyone was very helpful and helped with my son’s problem quickly. Went out of their way to make sure everything was good even in these difficult times.
The gentleman, I think it was Neil Collom, that did the examination was very thorough and explained what he was doing throughout the process. He made me feel at ease during this stressful time. I would like to thank him and all the TGH employees that are putting others before themselves knowing that they are at risk while they are out there on the front lines each day when they should really be home with their families.
A rash on the leg occurred the day after taking the antibiotic. A new medication was prescribed and the pharmacist said she had a rash before with that second antibiotic. It took more than two hours waiting to see the nurse who claimed she had a skin rash not related to the antibiotic. The problem lies in the fact that providers do not have history. I was greeted pleasantly on my arrival and saw a PA quickly. I regret I do not remember the name of the PA I saw, but she was wonderful. She not only focused on my reason for being there, but she checked my throat, listened to my heart and lungs, and saw me as a whole person rather than just someone with a rash.
