The lady’s in front desk was fine , but the doctor lady was very bad

I returned for additional meds for an UTI. Now I hope it helps and I get well! Everyone at the clinic was efficient and polite.
There was a very long wait but I don’t hold that against you in light of the current state of affairs. My APRN, Neil, was highly professional and skilled. He had a warm bedside manner and immediately put me at ease, no small feat considering he was in his “space suit” and I knew what was coming. He talked me through my testing, and even though I think he swabbed the middle of my brain stem, I still was impressed by his specimen collection expertise. The doctor was so nice and gave a lot of education. She was gentle with the nasal test. I felt well cared for thanks
gave me a completer exam and told me except for the cough I was alright but the test would come back in a week to10 dys. Still don,t have a temp but the wait of the results time seems like an eternity. Hope you will email when the results are in. by thr way, Dr Braver has called me twice to find out how I am. She is really something special to me.
Receptionist was a nice lady so was the guy that took me to the room The Doctor was a great guy that's doc you're the best
