It took too much time for the PA to see us. In the meanwhile, me and my wife were exposed to the virus in the waiting room for over an hour. We would have preferred to wait in our car and receive a phone call when our turn came. However, receptionist said, you will be called in a minute. Then, it took another 30 mins until we were actually called in by PA. In the meanwhile, we had to wait in waiting room/lobby, thereby increasing risk of exposure to China virus. Prompt and friendly
The only issue I had was the extremely long wait. I waited 2+ hours and I had an appointment. And then when I walked up there is a sign on the door that says you are encouraged to wait in your car and we will call you when it’s your turn. I asked the front desk person if i should just leave my number or how will they contact me. She was pretty snippy and said “no! Very kind...clean..safety was first
During the COV crisis I attempted to go into this location and they tried to turn me away. There was no one else being seen at the time I arrived right when they opened and no one else was there. I have very good health insurance and I have money and they still did not want to see me even though I was sick. They told me that they are only seeing COV patients but they had no other patients there at the time. I did not think that it was possible for a doctor to turn away sick people.
