I had seen Michael the P. A. before. He is very caring and thorough. He’s a huge asset to your clinic! All of the other boys were great too

The staff were very welcoming. I arrived 15 minutes prior to close (I felt so bad about coming in just before closing)and they truly made me feel like I was in the right place. The office was clean. They offered me water. There were hand sanitizer bottles for all to use. The staff wore masks appropriately and took all necessary precautions given the virus outbreak. This is not the first time I have been to this Urgent Care. Friendly and professional. Definitely would recommend!!
I was seen really quickly. I needed x-rays and they were done promptly. It was so much professionalism, kindness and compassion at FastTrack that it melted my heart. Very nice to see the human side of medicine.
The doctor was positive and looking to make sure I was taken care of
I was given and amount to pay and when I left a was charged something different. Since I don’t have health insurance and had to pay out of pocket and Not working because of our current situation, I feel this was poor service
The visit was excellent. I set up an appointment online so that I was expected upon arrival. The facility was extremely clean, and necessary precautionary measures take against COVID-19. I was greeted immediately, and not much after that given paperwork to fill out. A few minutes later was called for vitals, and escorted to the exam room.
