I was one of the not so important emergencies. The intake was very quick, triage and x-ray were quick to follow. Then the wait began. I entered the ER at about 12:15 and was out the door at 6:15. It started at the TGH Emergency Care on Palm Ave which upon consultation with a doctor recommended that I go to the ER to confirm. It was a long day!
Assistant and Dr. were both thorough in their evaluation. Ran a good scan of labs and defined the influenza I had.

Great! Office close to home....everyone friendly....it did take longer than I am used to but also had x-ray .....first time with my new insurance...all good!
I am visiting daughter from up north and had acute sinusitis that developed over past month and got exponentially worse. 2 days later I feel 500% better. Thank you, Jimmy greenamyre
Receptionist was pleasant. Wait time was over 90 minutes. There was 3 people ahead of us when we got there. Was told there was only 1 Dr. Gary Woodiwiss. Once I was able to get in the Dr was thorough and efficient with time spent.
The staff was very professional in greeting me when I walked in and advised me of the heavy patient volume that morning. The doctor I saw was attentive and provided some guidance on steps I should take to get healthy. The wait time was long, but not too bad. The facility was upgraded since my last visit but it was not as well organized as I had expected.
Everything was handled perfectly and very smoothly! Very happy with the entire experience once again!
From the time I walked through the door I received excellent calming attention and care. The doctor was not hurried in examining and explaining my facial mass issue and my further needs for ultrasound and surgical specialist.
