Receptionist was pleasant. Wait time was over 90 minutes. There was 3 people ahead of us when we got there. Was told there was only 1 Dr. Gary Woodiwiss. Once I was able to get in the Dr was thorough and efficient with time spent.

The staff was very professional in greeting me when I walked in and advised me of the heavy patient volume that morning. The doctor I saw was attentive and provided some guidance on steps I should take to get healthy. The wait time was long, but not too bad. The facility was upgraded since my last visit but it was not as well organized as I had expected.

From the time I walked through the door I received excellent calming attention and care. The doctor was not hurried in examining and explaining my facial mass issue and my further needs for ultrasound and surgical specialist. All though the wait was a little long.. ( I found out due to low number of staff)the PA was very attentive .. thorough .. and called to Go over results of the X-ray...., I would give him 10 ...excellent!
