Appointment and staff were great. Almost impossible to talk to someone with follow up questions. I asked my mom to call for me because I threw up one of my antibiotics and when she finally got through the automated responses but the person she spoke to would not do anything because I was not with her to speak for myself. I understand I am an adult but they would not even “initiate a phone call to me” without speaking to me.
