Even with appointment, which Fast Track Urgent care provident me by phone the day before, I had to wait over 1 hour to be seen. Otherwise the care was great, staff very friendly and facility very clean.
Had referral from Wimauma office to go to Brandon - they made the appt the same afternoon! Had to wait about 45 mins - saw Kelly - very professional - did Covid tests. Sent prescriptions to pharmacy . Received call back with Test results three days later! The only negative with the visit one of the front desk woman at Brandon was impossible to hear through the mask - very muffled! After waiting 2 hours, l finally got in. The doctor was very unconcerned. I had not slept in 2 days, because of my problem. Check my medical records that you have. Very disappointed with the service.

I was xrayed and problem was discovered. Blood tests have not been received at this point. Dr prescribed drugs which were concurred in by my Primary Dr. I am taking the prescription as we speak. Ankle seems to be improving. This is the second time I’ve used this site with an illness. Both times I was properly diagnosed.
