The receptionist doesn’t wear a mask. Doesn’t feel safe to just talk to her. I waited for 1 hour even with appointment. The person who send the test said they would call me with results I’m still waiting is being a week.
I'm from out of town and experienced something that couldn't be ignored. The staff got me in quickly, and were just awesome with making sure I was treated. They followed up with me for several days and it felt great knowing that I wasn't just some random patient.
Very attentive to my concerns and thorough.

When I called to get an appointment to be tested for Covid ,after answering a series of questions I was told I did not qualify to be tested. I called my TGH PCP and answered many of the same questions and they said I absolutely needed to be tested and sent me to this clinic. I had an appointment at one. I sat for an hour and a half in a hot stuffy waiting room with music blaring (which only made my pounding headache worse).
