Very nice facility, loved the provider although I can’t remember her name. Would have preferred to receive written summary or instructions but was given nothing at all. Access to the parking lot is difficult. Also have concerns with check-in process of leaving drivers license, credit card and Medicare card at the front desk and being told to sit down until called back after they were copied as there were other patients’ cards there too at the same time.
