The PA Liz was great, friendly, informative, understanding and knowledgeable of my issues. If she had a private practice I would go to her. The nurse that drew my blood was very sweet and kind, we need more nurses like her. The front desk girls, were not that friendly and seemed like they didnt want to be there, like it was a bother to ask them questions. Unfortunately, they are your first impressions of Fast Track. I was a walk-in and this TGH Urgent Care location was efficient and helpful in diagnosing my problem. After waiting over three hours at a hospital ER, I decided to visit this location based on its proximity to my home and was treated immediately. I recommend this location to anybody seeking immediate and personalized care.
Thank you doesn't do this experience justice. I has been miserble for a few days and my doc was not avail on the weekends... that turned out to be a good thing! From the Front Office staff to the Techs to my Nurse Practitioner, Doring.. I was treated with respect and care!
Reception was efficient and I was satisfied with the attention and diagnosis I received. Time with the provider was not rushed and all my questions were answered. I would definitely Return to this location and recommend others also to do so.
I called and made an appointment for the same day. Wait time was reasonable and the check-in and waiting area was large, comfortable and clean. Each of the gentlemen that took care of me, Shawn and Bill (?) were professional, easy going and very helpful. Kudos to both of them! Questions were answered and explanations were provided.
