Great organization, good staff.
For a 5 pm appointment, which actually got me into a waiting room at 5:45 pm shows poor s scheduling. 15 minutes result took more than an hour. The people were great.

They told me that they did not take my daughter's insurance and that it would be $ 130 dollars that would send the bill to my house, I count the bill arrived was for $ 285.00. I felt cheated

I immediately called the bill department and they told me if they would take the insurance and that they would send it to them. I felt cheated
This clinic is not a place to come if you need information or compassion. I made an appointment in the morning (10:30am) to get a rapid Covid test. Inputting all the requested information and stating specifically what I needed and why. I need to go to CT for a family funeral. Once all the information was input, my appointment was almost immediately confirmed. Seemed to good to be true. And it was. I called 3 times to confirm I could get what unneeded and was on hold for 37,46, and almost 90 minutes. All the time listening ... read more
