Was pleased with everything except the excessive wait time. Second time I have gone here and wait times are excessive. Only myself and one other person in waiting room. Staff seemed to be sitting around in back. Did not seem crowded. Website is difficult to navigate as well.
I was very grateful to have an option for telehealth as I didn't feel good and was able to see an APRN within 15 minutes of signing up. She listened to me and gathered appropriate information, was very professional, and kind. She was able to prescribe me the necessary antibiotics that facilitated me feeling better ASAP. You only have one doctor and more than eight people waiting. In my turn, I told doctor I tested positive for Covid. He did not confirm it with test. After some small talk he prescribe paxlovid. It work out but I felt like I was not check properly being so sick.
I did not like the fact that I was there before but had to fill out the paperwork again but online. I had to wait for an hour and a half for a 10 min doctor visit.
Getting signed in was a mess. My treatment was good.
I was feeling pretty miserable for several days and found TGH Urgent Care took my insurance. I was the only one there when I arrived and was treated quickly and professionally. The site appears to be new and modern. I would recommend TGH Urgent Care and will visit again when the need arises.
The girl at the front desk was helpful when I couldn't log on to their site to register before my appt.. The Dr. I'd seen was so caring, listened to every word I had to say about my issue and knew exactly what to do and even gave me instructions for long term. I've been here before, but this time was far better than the last. Self-pay amount was way too much. They do need to bring that down a little.
