I was able to see the doctor fairly quickly. Everyone was very nice and pleasant to deal with!
The staff and doctor were terrific. Very caring and thorough. I was very pleased with them. The wait, despite my appointment, was rather long however (almost 2 hours). I was told that there were only four ahead of me, but perhaps they had serious issues. It is not unusual to have to wait for medical care, especially in Urgent care. I was very happy to have such an enthusiastic staff who took good care of me.
The nurse practitioner discussed my urine culture results and the appropriate antibiotic to use.
Great Location. Much needed. The wait was quite long but it gave us all something to talk about. The staff was top notch. From front desk to care taker. The only downside is we don't know how much it cost . I've checked MyChart daily . This for the majority is quite important. Aside from this point this location is very effective.

This was my first time to use an urgent care facility and I was very impressed. Everyone there, administrative staff, techs and nursing staff were attentive, knowledgeable and caring. They took the time to listen and inform, acknowledge my concerns and, appropriately, address my sense of "urgency." The whole process had a professional aura about it; I've already recommended this facility to neighbors and friends.
