It was almost 8pm when I arrived. I had forgotten my ID at home as we left in a hurry. My husband left me there and he ran home to get the ID. I think since I've been there before and am a TGH patient there should be a way to get around that check in procedure. The rest of my visit was terrific, problem solved, the PA I saw took great care and treated me kindly and with care.
M. Grove, PA was very through in my medicinal examination & professional in her evaluation.
I was able to get seen in n a very timely fashion. My only negative comment would be that it’s not possible to call the site that I was at directly, have to go through a central answering service, but it all worked out OK.
