Staff was professional & attentive.
Providers are consciences and efficient but a two hour wait for "urgent care" is unacceptable.
Wait wasn’t very long and attention to care was good
Friendly staff but long wait. About the same wait time if I went to my regular doctor on an urgent basis.
Parking lot full so I anticipated long wait. Online 15 minute. Throughly professionally staff from front desk on through PA, Emily. This is a great asset to have, especially since they are now part of TGH

Phenomenal great customer service In-N-Out quickly less than 30 minutes
Samantha was very attentive and helped me out so much after another urgent care just told me to get over the counter Sudafed. I was wheezing and she gave me antibiotics, a cough medicine, nebulizer and nasal spray for a bad upper respiratory infection, sinusitis and ear infection.
