I presented at TGH Urgent care c/o chest tightness and irregular heart beat. Care was quick and efficient. In an ambulance within 10 minutes. Only issue I have is the fact that even with these critical complaints, desk staff requested my ID ( understandable) debit card and paperwork to fill out. I believe that with these significant complaints the money collection and questionnaire could have waited until I was moved to exam room. I was in new onset atrial fib with RVR of 180. The first time I went, I showed up 5 minutes before closing and they took great care of me. I would have ended up in the er of a hospital otherwise. The second time was great too. The process was easy and the staff was caring.
Staff was professional & attentive.
Providers are consciences and efficient but a two hour wait for "urgent care" is unacceptable.
Wait wasn’t very long and attention to care was good
Friendly staff but long wait. About the same wait time if I went to my regular doctor on an urgent basis.
Parking lot full so I anticipated long wait. Online 15 minute. Throughly professionally staff from front desk on through PA, Emily. This is a great asset to have, especially since they are now part of TGH
Polite and seem concern on why I’m there. Spend time on exsplaning what needs to be done.
