I’m sure the facility is fine for urgent care. However my husband and I made back to back appointments for a coronavirus virus test to be sure we were negative for family reasons... one being, my son just had a baby and we didn’t want to take a chance of affecting his family or the baby. Everyone was very pleasant and informative. I felt comfortable speaking with them all
We made an appointment which doesn’t make any difference from what the office staff said. If I had known that beforehand I would not have waited 24 hours for the first-available time. After arriving for said appointment I then waited an hour in a waiting room that obviously did not require masks. The doctor was very kind but she didn’t actually fix my reason for being there. The entire staff was pleasant and professional. My wait time was short. I would recommend them for care.
Prompt professional service. Everyone was great.
Long wait and then told no X-ray available there. Had to go to another clinic. That one had crowded small waiting room and someone came in waiting area reporting fever and fear of COVID. Positive side was good X-ray tech. No word on results from nurse practitioner until I called several hours later. Came in for symptoms not related to covid, after the covid test was done, there was no interest fir my other sympoms, no diagnosis or any instruction for my previousstate. And im still feeling sick. Smh i wont return
The place is always clean with a friendly staff. Sometimes you have to wait a while but that would be anyplace these days.
