Wait time was minimal and staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
The receptionists are cold and rude from the minute you step in the door. I waited 45-50 minutes after check in to be called in by the nurse, and there were only two other people in the waiting room so not really sure why the wait was so long. The medical staff was all very nice and pleasant, but the receptionists clearly hate their jobs. And the wait time is annoying.
I made an appointment online For 10:00am I was seen at 11:00am. With the increase in Covid numbers and the extra time needed to clean and provide safety is more important than the tome line. The staff at the front desk were awesome. They take a lot of heat from those not understanding the extra time needed and and their insurance issues. I am very proud of how they handled themselves. The doctor I saw was also excellent and the nurse who saw me first. I’m 100% satisfied with my visit.
I was pleasantly surprised to get more than just a Covid test. They checked blood pressure, oxygen& heart rate & saw an actual doctor!!
Did not received test results: Missed travel plans due to inefficiency of the facility and poor communication. Collection date was Monday and it is now Friday as of the time of this review and have yet to receive the results - I was advised that at worst it would take 3days. Clearly that a lie. I lost the moneys paid for this testing. It’s absurd. I should be refunded for wasting my time and money. Scheduled for 2:30pm and it took 2.5 hrs for a 15 second job (CoVid testing). Very clean, very nice reception and a comfortable space in the waiting room.
Fast in and out...nurse that preformed my test has excellent patients skills and made my day..I would definitely make this my go to places when my family needs medical attention..
