I would NEVER recommend going to this location or place of business ever again if you are sick or if you need any testing especially testing!!!! They will LOOSE your test. My mother and I were looking to getaway due to stressful times. The front desk staff was very annoyed and because we were asking a bunch of questions in regards to the cost of the Covid Test and payments. Outstanding service from everyone at the Urgent Care on Casey and Gunn in Tampa. Every employee we encountered answered all of our questions. They put us at ease, and were very knowledgeable. They also seemed to enjoy their work. We were 100% impressed and grateful. Thank you.

Still waiting for primary physician referral. It is Tuesday noon and my appointment was on Friday. I was informed that they are very quick with primary referrals.
Everyone was great. Matthew was very professional and took his time with me explaining my symptoms Prescribed me the right medicine which in 2 days after starting them I felt much better. I would recommend this location thank you!
