The 2nd girl that worked the front desk during our visit was very rude . When I walked up she did not speak or greet me in anyway . She just looked at me until I spoke to her and then gave me a dirty look , cocked her head to the side and just said “name”. Your front desk workers are your patients first point of contact and should be trained to greet people in an appropriate , friendly and professional manner . The doctors and nurses in the back were great and very friendly and efficient.
Even with an appointment for COVID-19 test, I had to wait over an hour. Practitioner was pleasant and once he tested me visit was fast. I don't remember his name.
I went to the urgent care with a leg laceration. I was quickly seen and it was handled very professionally by the health care provider who stitched up the wound. Everything was explained to me well. I am a physician and would recommend the TGH Urgent Care to others- it was much more efficient than going to the hospital ER.
Fast treatment for hand injury (broken bone), but still waiting for promised follow-up on orthopedist to see for cast.
Great service! May I suggest that you remind patients that they will wait a long time inside the room and that is is cold in there?

Made a reservation online. Tried to call to find out if we had to wait in the waiting room for covid testing. Waited on the telephone for 1hr and 30 min. and still waiting. Would like to cancel. I will not recommend them for Covid testing.
Prompt, courteous, helpful, and willing to answer all questions. Very personable too.
