I was contacted around 2pm to set an appointment be tested for Covid before a medical procedure and given a day and time for drive through testing. The woman I spoke with offered to text me the necessary information and I told her that would be great. She never did. I called back at 4pm and left a message. Efficient, friendly staff. Very good medical care. Highly recommend!
Absolute worst service ever. Left waiting over an hr inside the room for testing. The staff forgot they had a patient waiting. Sample was collected and advised that it will take a of Max 3 days until results (Covid) are received. It now has been 11 days and no one has contacted me. I had called a reported the issue but no one has yet to reach out. CoVid testing was needed for traveling purposes. I had to wait about 3 hours before I was seen. I sat in the chair for that long and no one ever asked me if I needed anything or how long I had been there I finally had to say that I had been there since around 11:30. When I got in the nurse practitioner did apologize.
Very nice, knowledgeable and caring people.
Attending staff was very personable and talked me through the entire visit so there were no surprises.
The care I received was excellent.
Overall good service.
Went for virus test. All went well, everyone were very helpful & professional.
