The nurse practitioner that I saw was absolutely awesome. The nurse was awesome as well. However, the follow-up is not. I called a couple of times and left messages about scheduling an outpatient CT scan, and it took an entire day and a half for someone to get back to me.
The medical person who saw me was very knowledgeable about shingles and his Rx's have reduced my shingles pain immensely. Situation can't be cured but can be treated daily for pain reduction. Great job!!!
no wait fast and easy
I was happy to see how careful they were in the waiting room to keep patients apart, making which pens were sanitized, everyone was wearing a mask-I felt very safe here. Also, I appreciated the follow-up with my xray.
