Gray customer service
I had a 4 o’clock appointment, and was not seen until after 6:30. If I had shown up for my 4 o’clock appointment at 6:30, I’m sure I would not have been seen. It is unacceptable to wait 2 1/2 hours to be seen for any appointment.

I've been to the Gandy location several times and each time have felt that my concerns/questions were answered professionally. The staff has always been friendly.
Everyone was fantastic from the moment I walked in. Kind, friendly, knowledgeable. The doctor who saw me was simply amazing. The nurse and tech for x-ray also completely understanding of my situation. The following up calls regarding my visit were prompt. My only concern was to have to give my debit card information. Don't like that it's in the computer secured or not.
My appointment time was accurate. The lady who did my testing was very informative. She was polite and professional. The facility was spotless.
Quick and professional service
The waiting area had few people and I was seen within 15 minutes after filling out the necessary paperwork. I've been here before and the staff has always been professional, efficient, knowledgeable, understanding, and answered all of questions/concerns.
