! Your staff are really very professionals caregivers. They attended to all my needs, I feel very comfortable in their care. I pray that they stay safe and healthy. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Staff are extremely sympathetic to the difficult situation that patients are in. They explained everything in a simple manner and treated me as if I was the only one they were taking care of. I would recommend tgh to anyone and all my experiences with them have been good
Efficient and pleasant
Good experience. Everyone was Covid Careful with masks and sanitizers. Friendly and ready to accommodate my needs and wishes.
Appointment was available when I needed it, staff was knowledgeable and helpful.
Diagnosis was correct....experienced stroke. However, no wheel chair or other assistance provided. I fell right at the front door suffered more injury as well as took my husband down with me we both had to go to emergency room for treatment. When urgent care called for ambulance they said I had fall did not mention stroke. When EM came no ambulance they thought I needed transportation, asked if I wanted UBER. I could have died. Every person we dealt with was pleasant, efficient and competent. The problem was the schedule. Our appointment for the procedure was at 8:45 AM and we arrived at 6:45 as instructed. I was prepped and then we waited. I was finally taken to the OR at 11:00 AM, over 2 hours late. By 11:45 I was back in my room. The actual procedure took less than 10 minutes. Customer service was ok, however, I did not like my medical provider. I feel that she should have been more meticulous especially since my injury stemmed from a motor vehicle accident.
The people involved were very polite and professional. Very pay less process.
