I want to recognize the nurses that were doing the COVID-19 testing drive-thru on Sunday, August 13th! They went above and beyond to run the test site smoothly, even when it rained. Many blessings to them!
Your staff was super friendly and made my three year old feel at ease when he wasn't feeling well at all. You got us in our own waiting room quickly, so we were not in the large waiting room for very long. Definitely will be back and would recommend.
The office is very efficient and well man the girls are always very courteous and I got in very quickly even though the wedding was crowded.
I attended Sheldon's Fast Track, because no Dr wanted to see if I was not sick with COVID-19. Here I found that all the staff is very professional, from the reception to the suppliers. I highly recommend Sheldon's Fast Track office to anyone in need.
The lady sitting in the front desk is very professional, and I might add, very efficient with incoming people checking in. I was seen by a Nurse Practitioner, a very nice and professional lady and I’m sorry I don’t remember her name. She wanted to know why I was there and I told her that I wanted to get a COVID test due to my age and didn’t want to be walking around with the disease. She understood, offered the test that needed to be sent out, and I was fine with that. Good and clean facility.
Efficient, compassionate, safe, professional - Just a few words to describe my experience. This was my first experience with TGH and I could not have been more impressed. The entire staff that worked with me on my visit was exceptional. They should be commended for their work.
The doctoir was excellent I went two days in a roiw . I think I saw different doctors. I called back with a question and got to talk to the Dr which was great ! The Dr also called the next day to follow up to see Hoiw I was doing!
