The staff at the Tyrone (St Pete) location is super nice. My issue has to do with competence and transparency. The problem is that it's difficult to reach a human being by phone, and information on the website is non-existent. Therefore, you are forced to drive to a location to get meaningful information. Also, once Quest Diagnostics failed to pick up some samples and the only way I found out was by pestering them until they finally acknowledged this. In the meantime, we lost valuable time. I can’t begin to say how appalled I am at the handling of lab culture report and getting it to Dr. I’ve had infection for 6 days wo meds!
Everyone was professional, caring and helpful. Got an appointment quickly and was called with test results. Grateful.
The Nurse Chrystal made me feel at ease and the doctor that stitched up my head was very good I did not feel it at all I appreciate your patience with me because I was very nervous
