I came to your location on 1/27/21 for covid testing and advised of my asthmatic condition. Covid test came back negative and was advised it was a false negative. I advised of my uncontrollable cough from my asthma and asked for medication for relief based on my previous flare ups during this time of the year every year even before Covid existed.
