Contacted your practice about a rapid CoVid test in order to run to NY. Got there and had to fill lot a ton of paperwork. Hen had wow wait and wait for my turn in a virtually empty office. Finally called in and had to go through triage then wait for Dr. who listened to my lungs and heart then ordered test. Swabs finally taken and was told to go wait in car for 15 minutes and they would call me back in. Quick, friendly people. Best medical experience I've ever had.
Needed Covid test prior to flight. Had the results in 20min. Very professional staff. I called previous night for information about testing & was directed correctly to Urgent Care.

Front desk was totally professional, even when met with negative persons. It's a busy place but things still flow in a decent manner, especially given how the world has changed specifically when it comes to health related professions. Fantastic job juggling vaccines, employment testing, and all other walk in type issues. I'm happy to visit this location for many reasons, and very pleased with the level of professionalism, courtesy, and politeness.
