Doctor and nurses was great. The follow up call was the best. Following up with each patient and actually being sincere with the conversation was the best part.

I have required two Covid tests prior to hospital admittance. I went both times to Urgent Care on Gunn Highway in Tampa. Both times the wait time was minimal and the employees were efficient and seemingly observing all rules of Covid safety. I appreciated this and it made me more comfortable in going.
The only complaint I would have would be that it’s impossible to call and make an appointment and I needed a Covid test and I was unable to get one online. But when I walked in I was able to get an appointment. Easy in and easy out. Courteous, sympathetic, and responsible staff.
Parking was hard to find on a weekend due to armature works, but once I got in they still accommodated me and took me back in a timely manner. The provider and staff were professional and reviewed my symptoms, questions, and a milllion concerns. I got what I needed and am thankful to have this option nearby! Also, the lobby and exam room was clean and comfortable during the short time I waited.
