I had a COVID-19 test and the medical technician who administered the test was great. I’ve had 6 tests and this was the only one that didn’t hurt.

This place was not well equipped. The did not have sterile cups for a urine analysis and I had do give my sample in a Dixie cup with no lid and then it had to be sent out because they couldn’t test for a UTI there. They were quick and the staff was nice, but they did not seem to have what they needed to run efficiently. I would not return here if I had to be seen again when my PCP is closed.

I loved the doctor and the way she very honestly explained my choices. The only issues I had were with the inability to log in after receiving my blank “welcome” email. I also could not log in on my iPhone so I had to call for test results on Wed. Feb. 17. I was put on hold for more than a half hour so I called back and did not have to wait as long. The woman I spoke to today (Thursday, Feb 18) was super helpful. She sounded older and had much better customer service skills). Still do not have lab results.
