I went there for a minor issue and had a work up done. I was told to notify them if the symptoms didn’t resolve. I gave it 8-9 days to see if the symptoms would resolve and they didn’t. When I sent a message that I needed an antibiotic for the symptoms I was told I would have to return for another visit which meant paying twice. Navigating the healthcare world is beyond stressful and complicated. Customer service has taken a back seat to safety and often, rightly so. With that said, I cannot say thank you enough to the PA, Neil, and the rest of the staff on Saturday evening. You guys made what could have been a traumatic and embarrassing visit as easy as it could have possibly be and I am just really thankful.
