The RN that took care of me, was patient, very kind thoughtful & explained everything. It was a pleasant long day. ( I have had some bad experience at another center, which I will not go back.) So happy with Dr. Anderson, Nancy his PA and all the staff . It’s hard what a patient has to go through but when you have extremely kind people all is good.
Not a long wait time! I really appreciated that! My only criticism is that I drove about 15 minutes out of my way, to the CVS on 34th & my prescription had not been e-scribed, or called in yet. I was sent to that CVS, since the CVS on Madeira Way was already closed. Therefore, I had to call back & request the prescription be sent to the CVS on MadeiraBeach. Otherwise, I WOULD recommend your Urgent Care!
Very professional staff, little wait. Evaluation, X-ray and plans were completed quickly. The facility is clean and well maintained. I got a follow up call for a referral and was given my X ray images on a disk. Highly recommended.
