Clean and efficient
Everyone was friendly & professional. They told me when I checked in there would be a 1-2 hour wait. I left my number & about 1 hour later I was called. When I got back , I only wsited a couple if minutes. They called me the next day with my referral. This was my 2nd visit.
Your doctors and nurses are excellent! They help me more than any primary doctor or medical specialist.

The facility was clean and comfortable. The young lady at the front desk was very professional and knowledgeable. When tested the medical assistant explained the process thoroughly and was gentle and talked me through as he went along. The doctor was same, she asked about my symptoms and the process of how the test is evaluated. I felt really good and confident about the whole experience. The staff is to be commended.
Professional, competent and correct diagnosis and treatment
The staff were very professional and considerate. They eased my concerns about the COVID test and made me feel comfortable. The results were ready quickly and posted to my TGH account.
