Had an appointment waited an 1 1/2
I called the Wesley Chapel Office and spoke with Tiffany. I had multiple questions that she took her time to explain things throughly. I was very impressed with not experiencing “being rushed”. I originally was going to call other Walk-In clinics, but I feel totally content after our conversation. There were no questions left unanswered. I came in for Drug Screening and other patients were placed ahead of me even if they had arrived after me. Normally I wouldn't make much of a fuss but I had a deadline to submit my sample by, and I had informed the staff of this and they seemed very disinterested in my predicament. I ended up submitting my sample with less than an hour remaining until my deadline. The less than caring staff nearly cost me a job.
I was very satisfied with today’s visit. Sandra and Aaron were so nice! I would definitely come back here!

All the people who work at this facility were very pleasant and helpful. The practicing nurse helped relieve my eye pain immediately. He knew what I needed. Thanks so much. Yes, I will return to TGH urgent care in the future.

Nurse was ready and waiting for us. No need to wait. After info was verified my test was performed. The nurse was very kind and put me at ease. The test was done very quickly and we were on our way. Very good experience!
