Good job everything in order
Dr don’t inform me anything about my surgery. Casey Richey (nurse 2nd floor) was outstanding. So was Kyle Allen. The staff overall great
All personnel were fantastic from the nurses to the transporters to the anesthesiologist and the surgeon. They explained what was going to be done and my procedure began on time. When it was over the surgeon explained the results and my options.
I was made to feel like i was important and my concerns were taken care of before i left the office i was given literature on my condition!! Dr.Phillips was excellent!! i appreciate the nurse helping also!!
This TGH urgent care location is the best one I have been to. They are all good but this one was exceptional. Check in was fast as was getting me back to the room. The woman at checkin was very cordial. I waited no longer than 10 minutes to be brought back to a room. The place is spotless and was not overcrowded due to them spacing out their apts. Everyone was really nice but I only saw the nurse practitioner, never saw a doctor.
The fast track covid testing was seamless and quite easy. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable
