I was treated very well, but the waiting was long. My appointment was on a Sunday at 12pm and it took 1 1/2 hr to finish . There were only 2 or 3 people getting treatment so not sure what took so long. I went for covid test and still waiting for results 6 days after test. They told me in exam room 1 1/2 - 2days for results.
