While no one wants to have surgery, your excellent staff and facility made this situation almost pleasant. I was greatly impressed with the nurses and the physician. Everyone was very caring. Everyone I interacted with from the moment I walked in the door was friendly and professional. Some of the EVEN friendlier ones were just amazing. A MUCH better experience than about 13 years ago!!!
