Very kind and empathetic nurse and doctor. Always take time and care for the patient.
Arrived with an old fractured right foot that I thought was just a bad sprain. The staff at the Brandon Urgent Care Clinic (Tampa General) were very professional, friendly and sincere. Bandaged me up with a temp boot, got a disc to upload to the VA and I was out the door in less than hour! My new go to Urgent Clinic!
It was great. Very clean. Staff was very friendly especially Michael Reeves.

It was great.
After the long wait everything was good, the nurse was very friendly and personable and the PA was also. I just didn't expect to wait as long as I did in the waiting area and was a bit unnerved as there was a woman sitting close by who had no mask on.

Professional, friendly, explained things
My experience was wonderful. My son was sick and his Pediatrics would not see him for a few days. We came to urgent care. The receptionist Parker was very nice and he let us know how long our wait was. Then Krystal was so nice and took gentle care with my son. He was coughing a bit and with her swift service he was moved into a room to see the provider. Aaron was very knowledgeable and he found the problem through his thorough examination.
