Service was fast, friendly, and compassionate. I did end up in the ER the next day, but nothing sure to my treatment at TGH. I've always had great service when I need to visit. Staff use helpful and friendly.
Great service
Everyone was polite and professional. My regular doctors office was overbooked + I needed help immediately, not a couple of days later, due to my immune system, my insurance company said go to an urgent care center. The doctor that saw me at this urgent care, listened + checked my condition, she was meticulous + prescribed correct medication, that addressed my medical issue, at that time. Thank you
I was in town visiting my mother and had an issue with my ear. The waiting room was empty and they got me right in. I was in a hurry to get in and out because I had to get my mother to her covid shot appt. Sandra and Lynne were fast and thorough. Hustled me in and out in less than an hr. You two rock! Albert P.
The wait time was unbelievable. I sat there bleeding for two hours. Once I got back into the room.I felt like their only patient. They tried 3 different options before the final trick. Staff was very kind, understanding, and thorough.
I just had a COVID test it was positive but my experience was very good
