So blessed to have this TGH urgent care close to my house !!!! The staff is very professional and friendly !!!
Front desk and nurse were fantastic. Did not care for the doctor. Would not take into account what I was asking for. Waited 5 days from Covid exposure. I wanted a rapid test, she would not approve one. Had to leave and go to different urgent care to get the test.
I scheduled an appointment online and was seen quickly by very professional and friendly staff. The office was clean and carefully structured to safely accommodate the patients.
Wait time was reasonable. Only there for Covid testing. I got 2 tests there at the request of my employer.. Staff is very thorough and professional.

My visit was as expected...satisfactory. I was seen by a physician or nurse practitioner within a reasonable timeframe for pain and discomfort. She was professional, knowledgeable, and called in prescription needed that worked. At checkout, I asked for an ENT referral and was advised that ‘yes, we have a Dept dedicated to assist with referrals. They will contact you within 48 hrs’.
