No problem, except wait time. Even though I made an appointment, progress was slow.
My visit was as expected...satisfactory. I was seen by a physician or nurse practitioner within a reasonable timeframe for pain and discomfort. She was professional, knowledgeable, and called in prescription needed that worked. At checkout, I asked for an ENT referral and was advised that ‘yes, we have a Dept dedicated to assist with referrals. They will contact you within 48 hrs’. Very kind and empathetic nurse and doctor. Always take time and care for the patient.
Arrived with an old fractured right foot that I thought was just a bad sprain. The staff at the Brandon Urgent Care Clinic (Tampa General) were very professional, friendly and sincere. Bandaged me up with a temp boot, got a disc to upload to the VA and I was out the door in less than hour! My new go to Urgent Clinic!
It was great. Very clean. Staff was very friendly especially Michael Reeves.
