Wait time was reasonable. Only there for Covid testing. I got 2 tests there at the request of my employer.. Staff is very thorough and professional.

My visit was as expected...satisfactory. I was seen by a physician or nurse practitioner within a reasonable timeframe for pain and discomfort. She was professional, knowledgeable, and called in prescription needed that worked. At checkout, I asked for an ENT referral and was advised that ‘yes, we have a Dept dedicated to assist with referrals. They will contact you within 48 hrs’. Arrived with an old fractured right foot that I thought was just a bad sprain. The staff at the Brandon Urgent Care Clinic (Tampa General) were very professional, friendly and sincere. Bandaged me up with a temp boot, got a disc to upload to the VA and I was out the door in less than hour! My new go to Urgent Clinic!
