The doctor was very thorough. And he answered all my questions.
I came here on a Sunday, so I figured it would be busy. I had a bit of a long wait but when I was seen, I felt the providers listened to what my issue was and gave me the appropriate Rx. I'm self-pay, so I chose to purchase the Rx there for $25 because of the convenience. The only issue I encountered was that the front desk made the correct note to bill my old insurance (which is now inactive) because I self-paid the visit fee that day, but the provider still mistakenly sent my visit to be billed to my (old) insurance. Minimal wait time, great diagnosis with prescriptions ordered immediately.
From the friendly greeting at the front desk, to check-in, and treatment by doctor, it was a great experience. I would use their services again and recommend them.
