I had to wait an hour past my appointment time to be seen
If a patient calls for an appointment this because he doesn't feel good. It's not fair to schedule it on October 31st, when the patient requested it since July 17th. That means you don't care about his health.
The PA aka practice assistant need to schedule according to the doctors time. I cannot have a 3:20 apt for my child show up at 3 and waited an hour 15mns later to be seen it’s ridiculous. You show up early they took an hour 15-30mns to call you, but then if you come 10mns late they won’t see you. Make it make sense and this isn’t just one time it repeatedly happen over and over again . It’s upsetting.
Out of medications. Filled out forms. No response. Waiting .out of meds 3 months. Difficulties getting appoiments
If you want to be ignored by Doctor's regarding urgent prescription matters for days regarding and being w/o your medication could have serious even deadly consequences, then go here. If you want to wait 1 hour for a scheduled appointment attend this clinic. If you want to be dealt with unprofessionally and have excuses thrown at you to cover Doctors behavior from higher management, be my guest. The Nurse Practitioner in Behavioral Health I had a phone appointment with her 9/8/25, Tuesday at 5:00p.m. It was the worst. She talked to me like I was a piece of crap. Didn’t give me a chance to explain anything about myself. She flipped out in me.
