The place is all disorganized. People don't answer phone call, when you leave message they don't call back.

I had an appointment two weeks in a row. I had to wait 50 minutes to just be called in for vitals this didn't include the time I waited to see the doctor. You can do better with the wait time for people with appointments at Codman Square.

I had an appointment I couldn’t get into my appointment. The parking was not great at all. It was people blocking parking. Were there was able to get into parking for a whole two hours they parked right directly in front of parking that was able to people was able to park then I reschedule. They told me I was able to have my appointment when I got there. The doctor did not accept my appointment, they told me that I can reschedule. They gave me another appointment for 1 o’clock. *Disappointing Experience at Codman Square Clinic* I recently visited the Codman Square Clinic seeking relief from low back pain. Unfortunately, my experience was subpar. First I would like to say i have been a patient at codman square all my life and the front line staff which are the receptionist have no manners they never answer the phone your always on hold for a long time or your call get bounced around or no answer at all and at times I've been hung up on so please for the future screen who you hire better. I use to love Codman Square but these days not so sure and this is why people leave Codman. And the only reason I bother with Codman is because its not that far from where I live.

Been going there for years and I like it there but recently I went to an appointment where I had to wait for two hours before I could be seen, and I try to be understanding with schedule and ruining behinds. What bothers me the most is if I was the one that was late, the wouldn’t take me in for my appointment and I would have to reschedule. And I’m talking from experience.

The scheduling is ridiculous. I would show up for an appointment and I wasn't even in the appointment book . The pharmacy is a so utterly terrible. No one ever answers then phone. I was on the phone for 1.1/2 hour even when computer voice said 1 min. This is ridiculous and uncalled for. I applied for delivery service and I have only had 2 deliveries in 1 year. What us with this? Its ridulous!

The service is OK but the feedback of getting medicine is terrible. I’ve been waiting for pull-up for the longest time and the doctor so call put the order in and when you’re calling for it I did not receive it. It’s been a whole month almost 2 months now I don’t like the service is terrible All the way the hospital clinic look they don’t care about the patients anymore that help at all Square needs to get it together.
