I had an apt booked from Jan of 2025 they could not see me until the month of may 2025 . I was struggling with dealing with my skin and it being very itchy I cried so many days leading up to the actual appointment. I received a call prior to the apt date asking to verify my insurance and doctor and that the apt was still booked and date set . I saw the physician 45 mns late. My appointment was at 1:00pm. I was at Codman SQUARE at 12:30pm. They called me at 1:45pm
I been waiting for getting to the dentist at that location I was told by January 6 2025 still waiting and what should I say about the health center I don’t know please let me know

I NEVER GOT A PHONE CALLBACK FOR MY GLASSES.My glasses are still there.? Nobody answer in the optical store.
They don’t do contacts and did not warn me when I came in to update my prescription for glasses and contacts. Doctor tried her best and was very nice so it was clearly a decision above her head.

What tools devices other than this one are you able to get feedback from the patient honest feedback honest diverse feedback where every language have a voice. Won't you throw a picnic for all the patients who go to common Square Health Center and provide a forum in which we could share our thoughts opinions suggestions recommendations or acknowledgments.
