Everything has been great, process was smooth, and staff was very friendly. One small thing that happened is i asked them yesterday to schedule another follow-up appointment for today, and when i called in to reschedule today, turned out the lady never actually scheduled me despite saying that she would. It wasnt a big deal since i rescheduled anyway, but it could have turned out worse if i had shown up and not have been seen.

My visit was for an ultrasound. Courteous, efficient and kind tech. Answered my questions willingly.
I was really sick and scared. I felt I couldn't swallow and had a sore throat - the worst ever. Simi greeted me with joy and compassion and got me registered quickly. The nurse who took my vitals was empathetic and quick with blood pressure, heart rate and O-2 doppler. The doctor gave me information to reduce my fears, and medicine prescription to help with my illness. All in all, it was a great experience. If I have to, I will go back......I just hope I don't have to.
Wait time was too long...appt made for 11:30 am and didn't see doctor until 12:30
Never been to an urgent care center so did not know what to expect. I was impressed with their efficiency, professionalism and caring attitude.
