Everyone there is amazing from the front desk to the physicians. They get right to the point and seem to be very accurate with their diagnoses. Physician Lawrence Lam was very professional, helpful and friendly.
The person administering our test was Great, really Friendly and explained everything carefully. We got the results back within several hours! Highly recommend this team!

I checked in quickly and the receptionist took my co-payment. But after that, the reception disappeared and I was left unattended in the waiting area for 30 minutes. Eventually, I got a hold of someone and escalated the extended waiting concern. Then, I was brought into a patient room. The physician did attend the diagnosis quickly and asked a nurse to treat the wound. From there, that’s another 20 minutes of waiting before I escalate and get a nurse coming to care. The person that helped me was kind and professional. He introduced himself by his first name and said he would be helping me today. Great employee!!
I specifically asked for an antibiotic that i could have gotten instead he offered a different medication that didnt work. I paid 120 for no reason they totally ripped me off and i had to pay 60 dollars for these pills that dont work and have horrible side effects i was not told about. Side effects like your muscles ripping tendonitis to be exact. They gave me a horrible drug that i never asked for i paid 120 to still be in pain everyday. Do not use them they are going to trick you into getting as many visits as possible
