Andrew arrive in a timely manner and was respectful and efficient. AC works well!
Kevin came out and did a complete inspection of my ductwork and a/c units. He changed out my filters and provided me with a detailed report, including leaks he found in my skylights while he was in the attic. His service went above and beyond my expectations. Then, I worked with Laura and Alyssa in the office due to a personal issue. Those ladies were incredible, very kind, professional, and patient. Webster A/C is the best.
It’s so reassuring to have an AC company you can count on! Responsive on short notice and competent, they’ve kept our aging AC running. Laura is the best! She actually answers the phone and has such a positive attitude that you just know she’s going to make everything better! And Kevin is super technician. Made the extra effort when repair seemed hopeless. A really great company!
