I was told that even though my Ac stopped working in this 95 degree weather, they could not come out for 3 days, I’m elderly and have used them for many years so I was so worried, then sweet Laura told me she was sending someone, not a tech that would come out that am!! He did and fixed it in about an hour, Daniel was so kind and I was so relieved that I didn’t have to find someone to help me, thank you so much!!!
Scheduling service was so easy and Daniel came out right on time. He was so thoughtful and knowledgeable and he reviewed his findings thoroughly with me before leaving.
