Webster AC installed our AC a few years ago. You do not get corporate treatment at Webster! You can expect friendly customer service and a friendly response when calling. We have Kevin as our AC tech. He is professional, friendly and trustworthy. I never hesitate to refer friends and family to Webster AC.

Laura was the best. She was able to get us a tech out quickly when our AC went out. Ended up being an easy fix. The Tech was friendly and got the job done. Pricing was fair. 5 Stars service.

Kevin is prompt, thorough and explained all the possible issues and solutions with the respective cost estimates. He listens to our concerns and offers honest and realistic options.
Daniel was professional and got right to work. It was his first time in my home so I showed him the three air conditioners and left him to do his job. When he finished we chatted a few minutes and he was on his way. I told him he was blessed to have a wonderful place to work, and he agreed. I told him I hoped I would see him again.
