There was no longer wait time. Was seen within 15 minutes. Everyone was courteous and professional.
They were extremely accommodating in every way! From the reception to the consult to the wrap up afterwards. Everyone was very friendly and caring. They even put on the AFC Championship game that I was missing. It was my first experience at an Urgent care facility and I don’t think I will EVER go to an emergency room again by choice.
Everyone there was so nice. Very efficient, I was in and out in an hour - had 3 stitches put in my finger and tetanus shot, too! Thanks Nicole and Michelle!!
Michele the nurse practitioner was unprofessional, not thorough, and rude. In the waiting area, they would not help a women with chest pains because of her insurance.
Fast and painless! I was in for a work injury and was seen quickly and meet by pleasant staff and Doctor. Clean atmosphere was a cut above my previous experiences elsewhere.
Very little.wait time. Took a urine test to make sure I did not have a reinfection. As a diabetic this is very important to monitor. Staff was professional and understood my concerns.
I would recommend this urgent care. I had pink eye and they got me eye drops straight away. The pink eye cleared up within 24 hours. Very diligent and caring professionals.
The staff was friendly. They made me feel comfortable as I was in PA on vacation. I was able to enjoy the rest of my vacation as result of their services.
We had excellent care. Very kind and caring staff Went over and above to make us comfortable. Very helpful with follow up instructions and took the time to call and check on us. Would highly recommend this team!
