Came in with an open wound that was not healing after a blister ruptured. The PA barely looked at it and said it wasn’t infected. Prescribed antibiotics but discouraged me from taking them. Told me to just keep doing what I was doing (which was not helping in the first place). Went to my own doctor on Monday who actually examined it properly and educated me on the proper way to treat it. Very concerned about how your staff did not seem to take my issue seriously.
