I was stung 3 times, 30 seconds, left hand. After immediately taking ibuprofen and benedryl, the pain was immense. Having no health insurance, the ER was not an option. I went to Tower Urgent care. The staff was incredible, from check-in to preliminary gathering of information, to examination. There wasn't a problem with calling in a script for me at a pharmacy close to my house. Registration and PA’s were wonderful. The nurse who checked us in was flat, non-engaging, didn’t flash a smile once and seemed like we were an annoyance to her. My child is 9. The nurse could have tried a little.
They seen my records and knew what I told them and they give me something that I have taken already the ethic woman I believe she looked Korean or something like that was amazing and seemed like she knew what she was doing and didn't judge by how you look.
Efficient check-in. Providers were caring and effective. I had an issue with my prescription at the pharmacy and Tiwer Health went above and beyond to get it addressed for me that night.

The service was quick. I walked out with my prescription. I had two follow up calls. I really appreciated the follow ups
Thank you for making this a quick and thorough visit. It is tough to bring a toddler to a doctors office. The woman at front desk was so friendly and helpful and the nurse practitioner was wonderful with Teddy. He started feeling better right away (and was still asking about the nurse practitioner the next day. Thank you for a great experience!
Personable staff who listened attentively to my history and symptoms. Nebulizer treatment was given during the appointment. The prescription medications were explained. I was in and out in 75 minutes. I will come here again.
