I spoke with someone on the phone about making an appointment for a pre op physical. I sent two emails that went unanswered. I started a chat with a machine which was extremely frustrating. I used the word bullshit and the machine cut me off. Sorry I was actually looking for medical care which this place obviously doesn’t provide.

2nd visit to this site. They were fantastic!! Annaalese and Lindsay were knowledgable, professional, kind, and thorough. I felt like I mattered, not just a number. But, I was in and out in no time. It really was a great experience, except for the "being sick" part. I am not going anywhere else.

TGH Urgent Care Powered by Fast Track, I need you to know EVERYONE to know that Burnette a Customer Service Care Specialists has taken a very complicated situation and completely figured out what was going on with my account and billing issue. The nurses were friendly and knowledgeable. The service was prompt, and I was really impressed. I would use it again in a heartbeat. Great service-oriented experience.
